Sen. Cruz Applauds Senate Confirmation of Susan Combs as Assistant Secretary of the Interior

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) today applauded the Senate’s vote to confirm Susan Combs as the Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior. 

“I am glad to see the Senate confirm President Trump’s nominee, Susan Combs, to be the Assistant Secretary of the Interior,” Sen. Cruz said. “Throughout Susan’s public service in the great state of Texas, she demonstrated time and time again her commitment to supporting policies that encourage economic prosperity while reining in bureaucratic overreach, and I am confident she will represent Texas well in her new position.”
