Sen. Cruz Names Zadrozny Counsel in D.C. Office

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, today announced John Zadrozny as counsel in his Washington D.C. office.
 
Prior to joining Sen. Cruz’s office this week, Zadrozny served nearly two years as investigative counsel for Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) on the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. Prior to that, he served as counsel for former Chairman Darrell Issa (CA-49) on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform from 2011 to 2013. In addition to his time on Capitol Hill, he served President George W. Bush as deputy director of the State Department’s public liaison office and a policy analyst in the White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy from 2008 to 2009. He also served as an assistant district attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office from 2003 to 2007. Zadrozny received his bachelor’s degree in history from Fordham University in New York and his law degree from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.
