Sen. Cruz Service Academy Nominees Accept Appointments
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) today announced the successful appointments of 20 high school students whom he nominated to the United States service academies earlier this year.
“Among these talented students are leaders, scholars, athletes, and patriots who have proven an unwavering dedication to service in our armed forces,” Sen. Cruz said. “Each of them has displayed exceptional qualities that would make him or her an excellent fit at our nation’s service academies, and I wish them all the best as they embark on this next step.”
